AI Catalog Optimization for online stores

Products that AI understands, compares and recommends.

Simpleflow takes your store's product catalog, scores it, enriches it with verified sources and generates versions optimized for each channel: Google Merchant Center (Shopping, Gemini, AI Mode), ChatGPT, Meta and your own product pages. Then it publishes them and shows you the status and issues of every product.

Two pillars, one master product

Enrich once. Publish everywhere.

Simpleflow builds an enriched master for every product and uses it for two different goals: being found and understood, and being ready to sell in AI commerce channels.

Product Discoverability

"Is my product understood and found by AI assistants and search engines?"

  • Product Intelligence Layer: use cases, audience fit, compatibility and limits
  • Titles, meta descriptions, descriptions and FAQs for your site's pages
  • Schema.org JSON-LD Knowledge Layer injected into product pages
  • AI Discoverability Score
AI Commerce Optimization

"Is my product ready to be shown, compared and sold in AI commerce channels?"

  • Optimized feeds for Google Merchant Center, ChatGPT and Meta
  • Publishing through always-fresh feed links and Merchant API push
  • Channel diagnostics: status and issues for every product
  • AI Readiness Score
How it works

From raw feed to AI-ready product.

One pipeline, with your team in control at every step that matters.

Import

From the Shopify app (products, variants and real-time updates) or from the feed URL you already have: TSV, CSV, XML or JSON.

Normalization and variants

Data cleanup, column mapping and variants that are finally distinguishable by size, color and dimension.

"Before" scores

AI Readiness and AI Discoverability per product, category and catalog, with the list of issues to fix.

Source-backed enrichment

Brand data, technical sheets and trusted retailers. Every piece of information has a source, a date and a confidence score.

Product Intelligence

Use cases, audience fit, semantic attributes, compatibility and cases where the product is not a good fit.

Per-channel generation

Titles, descriptions, highlights, technical details and FAQs for every channel and language, following your Brand Kit.

Validation and approval

Automatic checks on length, banned words and claims, and channel policies. Then you approve: sample, batches, automatic.

Publishing and diagnostics

Permanent feed links, push to Merchant Center, write-back to Shopify. The "after" score measures the improvement.

Measurable, not a gut feeling

Two scores. Every penalty is a concrete action.

Every failed criterion becomes an actionable issue, written in business language with the technical evidence alongside.

AI Readiness Score

Our promise

Three levels of value. Never blurred together.

Better data does not guarantee being recommended by an AI assistant. That is why we separate what we measure from what we can only observe.

Level 1

AI Readiness

Quality, completeness and compliance of catalog data.

Measured and guaranteed by the platform
Level 2

AI Discoverability

How well content covers intents, usage contexts and decision criteria.

Measured and improved by the platform
Level 3

AI Visibility

Observed presence of products in ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode answers.

Experimental observation only
Output channels

One master, every channel.

One feed per market and channel, with each channel's own limits and attributes.

Google Merchant Center

Shopping, Gemini and AI Mode: titles up to 150 characters, highlights, product details, required attributes.

Features

Built for real catalogs, up to 30,000 products per market.

Verified sources, not inventions

Only information that refers exactly to that product (brand, model, GTIN/MPN) is used. Below the confidence threshold, nothing is published without approval.

Brand Kit

Tone of voice, style, preferred terms, banned words and claims. An automatic check blocks any copy that breaks them.

Real customer questions

Upload your customers' questions: Simpleflow classifies them by intent and measures which ones your data can already answer.

Progressive approval

Calibration on a sample, batch approval with before/after comparison, then automatic. Manually edited fields stay locked.

Smart updates

Price and availability update instantly, for free. Copy is only regenerated when the source content changes.

Feeds always online

Permanent links refreshed every 15 minutes to 24 hours, version history and rollback. If the source goes empty, the last valid version stays live.

Merchant Center diagnostics

Approval status and issues reported by Google, read periodically and shown for every product.

Multi-catalog, multi-market

Several stores per account and several markets per store (country, language, currency), with one feed per market and channel.

Roles and permissions

Admin, Editor and Viewer: the Admin invites the team and decides who can edit, approve or only view.

Credit model

Pay for optimization, not for updates.

Subscription with prepaid credits. A credit is only used when a product is actually optimized.

  • Price, availability and quantity updates: free
  • Feed file rebuilds: free
  • A new credit only if the source title, description or attributes change
  • When credits run out, feeds stay online with the last optimized version
1 credit = 1 product × 1 language × 1 channel

Example: 1,000 products on Google, ChatGPT and Meta in one language = 3,000 credits. The Site channel includes JSON-LD.

Security and privacy

Your data stays yours.

Simpleflow accesses your Google Merchant Center only with your explicit consent and only for the features you use. Every detail is in our privacy policy.

Read the privacy policy

  • Minimal access. From Google we only read Merchant Center accounts and products, with their status and issues.

  • Encrypted secrets. OAuth tokens and feed credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

  • Isolated data. Each account only sees its own data. One customer's corrections are never reused for another.

  • No data selling. Data is never sold, nor used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

  • Revoke anytime. You can disconnect Google from Simpleflow or from your Google Account settings at any time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Simpleflow?

Simpleflow is an AI Catalog Optimization SaaS platform: it scores an online store's product catalog, enriches it with verified sources, generates optimized content for Google Merchant Center, ChatGPT, Meta and the store's own pages, publishes it and shows diagnostics for every product.

Where does it import products from?

From the Simpleflow Shopify app, which reads products and variants and receives real-time updates, or from the feed URL you already use (TSV, CSV, XML or JSON, including password- or token-protected feeds).

Why does Simpleflow ask for access to my Google account?

To read your Merchant Center accounts and products, together with their status and the issues reported by Google, and to upload the products you have optimized and approved through the Merchant API. We do not use this access for any other purpose. See the privacy policy for details.

Does Simpleflow guarantee my products will be recommended by ChatGPT or Gemini?

No — and be wary of anyone who promises that. Simpleflow measurably improves data quality (AI Readiness) and how well your data answers customer questions (AI Discoverability). Presence in AI assistants' answers can only be observed, not guaranteed.

Can the AI invent product features?

Every added piece of information has a source, a date and a confidence score, and must refer exactly to that product. Below the threshold it is not published without approval, and no content goes live until your team has approved it.

Does Simpleflow change my products without asking?

No. Every piece of content goes from draft to approved before publishing. On your Shopify site you can choose the theme block, which leaves the original data untouched; with direct write-back, the original is saved for restore.

How do I revoke access or delete my data?

You can disconnect your Google account from Simpleflow or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete all your data, email info@ketchupadv.com.

How do I get an account?

During the pilot phase, access to Simpleflow is by invitation. Contact us for an AI Catalog Audit of your catalog; if your company already uses Simpleflow, ask your administrator for an invite and then sign in.

How AI-ready is your catalog?

We analyze a sample of your products and show you AI Readiness, AI Discoverability and the priority fixes, in business language.
